Petoskey News-Review, Monday, 28 Nov 1988:
Anna M. Shultz, 88, of Readmond Township, died Nov. 25m 1988, at the Emmet County Medical Care Facility.
Mass of the resurrection will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Cross Village. The Rev. Laurus Rhode will be the celebrant. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
The former Anna M. Swiss was born Feb. 16, 1900, in Chicago, the daughter of John and Sophie Swiss.
She is survived by: three sons, Joseph of Osage, Iowa, Edward of Cross Village and Stanley of Washington, Mich.; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Dorothy) Dzedzie of Petoskey; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Lewis Swiss of Cross Village; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Roussoe of Grand Junction, Mich. and Stella Swiss of Harbor Springs.
Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Schiller Funeral Chapel of Harbor Springs. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesady at the funeral home.
