Georgianna B. Morhisen was born September 8, 1849 in Dubuque, Iowa.

She married Day Otis Crane on the 25th of October, 1877 at Springfield, Missouri.

In 1878 they had a son Donn Philip Crane in Springfield, Missouri.

After living in Washington D.C. for a time, the family moved to Idaho where their daughter, Bessie was born.

In about 1889 the Crane family moved to Chicago, Illinois where Georgianna died, December 8, 1905. She is buried in the Rosehill Cemetery.
