Rites Monday
Guy A. Ingalls, 88, died last night at the Emmet County Medical Care Facility, at Harbor Springs. A memorial service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the First Presbyterian Church, in Harbor Springs.
He was born March 26, 1880 on the family homestead where Birchwood Farms is now located. He operated an ice business in Harbor Springs for 33 years.
He married the former Viola Mae Lucas in Harbor Springs on March 23, 1912.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. E. H. F. (Phyllis) Barnefiher, of Harbor Springs, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family suggests anyone wishing to honor the memory of Mr. Ingalls may contribute, in his name, to the Emmet County Medical Care Facility Auxiliary.
