Resident Dies

CHARLEVOIX--Services for James Annis, 79, who died Tuesday at his home, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Winchester Funeral Home. Rev. Duane Irnig will officiate and interment will be in Brookside Cemetery.

He was born in Greece January 25, 1891 and came to Holyoke, Mass. at the age of 10. He served in the 32nd Red Arrow Division during World War I.

Mr. Annis married the former Sylvia Krulik in Detroit and they made their home there and later in Chicago, Illinois before coming here 10 years ago.

He was a business machine repairman and in that capacity was assoicated with the Michigan Central Railroad at one time.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, James, Jr. and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Winchester Funeral Home.
