Finlay Malcolm was a Sea Captain...At Castine, Maine, Finlay met and married Tryphena Wardwell. She was the daughter of Captain Daniel Wardwell of York, Me. Tryphena was born in 1761 at York, Me., and died in Oakland Township, Oxford (now Brant) County, Ontario, on Jan. 16, 1813.
